Are You Stressed Out about Your Kid or Teen's Eating Habits, Body Image, or Weight?
Do you want to change the dynamic with food in your house, so you and your kids feel confident about their food and their bodies?
.
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then Jana's S.O.S. Method can help you!
I've worked with thousands of parents like you over the past 14+ years and have helped them create positive food environments for their kids that foster: good nutrition habits, positive relationship with food, positive body image, and tons of self-confidence for their kids.
These parents have not only benefited from the many resources and advice that I've provided over the years, but they've also reported feeling more confident as parents. Not only have their kids improved their body image and nutrition habits, but even parents have reported that their own relationship with food has improved from learning this method.
Attention Well-Intended and Stressed Parents Needing Direction!
ARE YOU WORRIED THAT:
? your kids eating habits are affecting their weight or that it soon will catch up with them?
? you are accidentally saying or doing something to create a weight shaming mindset?
? your child or teen is sneaking food or lying about their habits?
? your own complicated relationship with food will accidentally influence your family and you want better than that for your kid?
? your kid is overfeeding themselves?
? you’re creating the wrong type of food environment at home?
? your child is not developing a healthy life-long good relationship with food?
? you can’t find healthy options that your kid will actually eat (without complaining!)
? you don’t have time and energy to dedicate towards creating new, healthy family habits?
As the child of two obese parents, I was raised in a diet culture that created confusion around weight and food. While my parents were well-intended and brilliant, they had no guidance on the “right way” to create a positive relationship with food.
Now, as a mom of two girls, I’m no stranger to worrying about doing the right thing. I worry about their sleep, their homework, their friendships, and of course, their nutrition. I’m highly motivated to not only educate my daughters on good nutrition, but to foster a relaxed food environment where they feel free to indulge without restriction while still being mindful to take care of their precious and unique bodies.
One of the things that has inspired me throughout my journey as a mom and dietitian is how driven parents are about wanting to do the right thing. I know how overwhelming it can be to feel hopeless, stuck, or worried about your kid’s health and well-being.
While I enjoy working with kids to teach them about their own body’s needs and how to self-advocate, my real joy comes from working alongside parents to empower them to make the necessary (and easy) changes to create a stress-free food environment where kiddos can achieve their healthiest body weight and maximum confidence without food restriction.
This is why I created this easy to implement, 6-week online program to help you create better food habits and nutrition strategy in your home.
From this course parents will gain:
